Chino's Tree and Landscaping Services provides professional tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, landscape design and installation, stump grinding, land clearing, and emergency tree services in Highlands County, FL. Service availability is subject to scheduling, weather conditions, and geographic location within our service area. We reserve the right to decline any project that we determine is outside our scope or that presents unusual risks.

Free Estimates: We provide free, no-obligation estimates for all services. An estimate is not a binding contract until both parties agree to the scope of work and sign a written service agreement or work order. Accuracy of Estimates: While we strive to provide accurate estimates, final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work changes materially from what was described or if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the job (e.g., hidden root systems, additional damage, hazardous materials). Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of each job unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, personal check, major credit cards, Zelle, and Venmo.

To ensure safe and efficient service, you agree to: - Provide accurate information about the property and the work to be performed - Ensure clear and safe access to the work area - Notify us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, septic systems, or other underground structures in the work area - Obtain any required permits or HOA approvals before work begins (unless we have specifically agreed to handle permitting as part of our service) - Ensure that any pets are secured and kept away from the work area during service Failure to disclose known conditions that affect safety or scope of work may result in additional charges or cancellation of service.

We are fully licensed and insured. We take reasonable precautions to protect your property during all work. In the event of damage caused directly by our negligence, please notify us promptly. We will work with you and our insurance provider to address the issue in a timely manner. We are not responsible for: - Damage to underground structures (pipes, cables, irrigation) that were not disclosed prior to work - Pre-existing damage to trees, structures, or landscaping - Minor cosmetic impact to grass, sod, or garden beds incidental to heavy equipment access Any damage claims must be reported within 5 business days of service completion.

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible so we can adjust our schedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee for large or complex jobs requiring significant equipment staging. We will communicate any such fees upfront. We may reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. We will contact you as early as possible if rescheduling is necessary.

Our Referral Program offers a $25 discount to both the referring customer and the new customer, subject to the following conditions: - The referring customer must be an existing customer who has previously completed a paid job with us - The new customer must book and complete a paid service of $150 or more - The referral must be mentioned at the time of the initial contact or on the contact form - Referral discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or applied retroactively - We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not: - Use our website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or its systems - Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect data from our website without prior written permission - Post, upload, or transmit any harmful, offensive, or infringing content through any form on our website We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.
